She was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand from making an offer to working with the mortgage broker she was there every step of the way. Caitlin is very knowledgeable about the local area and has kids of her own making her understand our families needs of a safe area with great schools even easier! As buyers coming from a different state she went above and beyond to find us the perfect house, she did several FaceTime calls for different tours and pictures. She helped to pick up on things we wouldn’t have been able to notice without physically being in the state.
